Our promise: boxes made right, or we make it right.

We will reprint or refund the affected items at no cost to you if:

• The printing does not match your approved proof (wrong colors, missing or wrong artwork)
• The size, material, or style is different from what you approved
• The boxes have manufacturing defects (bad cuts, weak glue, damaged board)
• You received the wrong product or a short quantity
• The order was damaged or lost in transit (see our Shipping Policy)

Because each order is printed only for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Correctly made orders that match your approved proof (change of mind)
• Errors in artwork, text, or dimensions that were approved by you on the proof
• Small color differences between screen and print that are normal in printing
• Boxes that were used, filled, or damaged after delivery

Please review your proof carefully — your approval confirms the design and size for production.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
• Reprints follow our normal production (4–5 business days) and shipping (5–7 business days) times, at no cost to you.

• Before you approve the proof: you can change or cancel your order for free.
• After proof approval: production starts, materials are cut and printed, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
